Installation & Commissioning

Professional and quick startup
When the equipment arrives at the field of customer, in order to start up the inverter quickly and efficiently we will provide you with professional equipment start-up service, including installation, on-grid test, etc. We will also arrange training for customers to know more about the equipment and operate with the system independently.

Spare Parts Supply

Quick and sufficient supply of spare parts

GPG customer service centers will provide service for purchase of spare parts to allow you to replace the parts and components on a timely basis. We will ship the goods once you list the spare parts you need and your address via email, fax or other means and effect payment after you receive the Purchase Order confirmation from us.

 

System Engineering

It is a complicated task to design an efficient and suitable PV system for your location. If you have no professional knowledge on PV power generation system, our professional and experienced system design engineers can provide planning scheme for you to give you an accurate positioning for your system.

The content of system design is as follows:

Warranty Extension Service

Reinforce the equipment assurance

If you want the quality of the equipment guaranteed after the standard warranty period of 5 years expired, you are recommended to sign warranty extension contract with GPG to add 5 years up to 20 years maximum.

Precaution and Maintenance

How to extend the service life of the equipment

Precaution is more important than treatment. If you want to reduce the fault probability of the system and extend the service life of the equipment, effective time for using the equipment should be maximized while the unscheduled maintenance costs should be minimized. So we recommend you take part in the precautious maintenance plan for our experienced technical personnel to inspect and maintain the equipment on schedule for you. You may sign the contract with GPG whether the equipment is within or beyond the product warranty period.

Content of precautious maintenance:

Regular maintenance by GPG authorized technical personnel (X times per year)
Repair damaged parts
Provide upgrading solution and cost estimation
Only reliable spare parts are selected

Remote Monitoring Management

Real-time work status monitoring dispels customers' worry. 

We provide 7×24h remote monitoring management for our customers through the network connecting between the inverter and our surveillance center. Customers may receive the operation information of the inverter by a computer or mobile phone even if they go out. We will reach you immediately and provide you with the solution or send our service technical personnel on site if any serious faults occur.
